Online guitar lessons
Online lessons cost £15 for 30 minutes or £25 for an hour. Before booking, discuss your guitar, camera, audio and internet setup, the platform and the lesson time. Choose the format that works for your learning and circumstances.
Saturday lessons
Saturday lessons carry an additional £5 charge. Confirm the full price when booking and whether that supplement applies to the online option you are considering. The advertised teaching hours are Monday to Friday 10am–9pm and Saturday 9am–noon, with Sundays closed; these are teaching hours, not a live availability calendar.
Choosing a lesson length
A half-hour can suit a focused task or a younger learner’s concentration. An hour allows more time to explore music, technique and questions. Longer sessions, pairs and small groups can be discussed separately; no price for those arrangements is advertised here.
Planning your budget
At the standard in-person rates, four half-hour lessons cost £80 and four hour-long lessons cost £120. Four online half-hours cost £60, or four online hours cost £100. These are examples for four sessions, not subscriptions or discounts, and exclude any applicable Saturday supplement.
Cancelling or rearranging
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. The advertised policy charges the full lesson fee for cancellations within 48 hours. Any charge must be fair and reflect losses reasonably incurred, taking account of costs saved or a replacement booking, and respect your statutory rights. Contact me as early as possible if your plans change.
